Add in a scoop of vanilla protein powder and you have yourself a filling breakfast that will keep you satisfied until your next meal.
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored
  • ¼ cup raw oats
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • ½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
